Our
RESTAURANT
In the corner of Herzl and Ehad Ha’am streets in Tel Aviv-Jaffa lies Maison Weiss, a former building constructed in 1909 that was originally owned by Akiva Aryeh Weiss, one of the city’s founders.
Over the years, Maison Weiss has become a well-known building among the residents of Tel Aviv and those visiting the city, thanks to its beauty and central location. As a symbol situated in the heart of the White City, the building is preserved and, after its renovation, has hosted several restaurants in recent years. The building itself is impressive, constructed entirely in the style of Hebrew architecture of the Land of Israel.
Recently, a new restaurant, Positano, has opened its doors there. It is a surprising kosher (dairy) Italian restaurant. The restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine and offers a variety of fresh and local dishes. One of the main highlights of the restaurant is the use of natural and quality flavors. The dishes are prepared by hand and with creative methods using fresh and quality products.
Our
CHEF
The chef of the Positano restaurant is Igor Koltunikov. Previously, Koltunikov worked as a chef at Rando restaurant for 5 years, then as a sous-chef at the wine bar Par Derrière for a year, and before that, he was the head chef at Franshisa restaurant in Ramat Gan. His resume also includes experiences as a chef at La Central and in Yonatan Roshfeld’s restaurants.
